Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Headquarters
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our fulfillment center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
